Help BOSCH To Pack Brake Booster Well

TECPACK team carried out the design and inner package material selection of the Brake Booster project for Bosch.

TECPACK’s reusable package system products meet the needs of the customer

TECPACK design department choose the HDPE blister tray as the bearer of the Brake Booster, which is strong and can be designed in the same shape as the product, with intense to keep boosters are stable in their location during transportation.

Considering transportation cost, we design 10 layers per sleeve boxes, so they can load 30 pieces in every box, and the outside plastic sleeve boxes are made of PP, which are strong, waterproof, and dustproof.

Standard sizes for outside pallet boxes are 1200x1000x1060mm, they can adopt with any transportation method.

In the end, we selected 4 different types of package products, injection plastic pallets, honeycomb sleeves, blister lids, and blister inner bearer trays.
